Shipping – Methods and Delivery Time

At le.shoes, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and free of charge, no matter where in the European Union you are.

Delivery Methods:

• Courier Delivery:
  All orders are shipped using reputable international courier companies. This ensures fast, traceable, and insured shipping from our own warehouse or, in some cases, directly from our certified dropshipping partners.
• Odbiór osobisty:
  Niedostępny. Dla Państwa wygody i bezpieczeństwa wszystkie zamówienia są dostarczane bezpośrednio pod wskazany adres.

Shipping Cost:

• Always free of charge for all countries in the European Union, regardless of the order value or payment method.
• No hidden fees or additional charges. Shipping costs are always clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery Time:

• Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM (CET/CEST) are dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-business days are shipped the next business day.
• Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days from dispatch.
• As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Special notes:

• All products are shipped securely, with careful packaging to prevent damage.
• Shipping is currently available to all European Union countries. Soon, we plan to expand to other European countries and the USA.
• Return shipping is also always free – we provide a prepaid return label for every customer within the EU.
