1. Definitions
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland and in the country of delivery.
- Consumer: Any natural person purchasing goods not directly related to their business or professional activity, as defined by applicable Polish, German, and EU law.
- Customer / Buyer: Any entity placing an order via the Store.
- Store: The online platform available at le.shoes.
- Seller: BLEYO Sp. z o.o., as identified above.
- Product: Any item offered for sale via the Store.
- Order: A declaration of intent to purchase Products, constituting a binding sales agreement upon acceptance by the Seller.

3. Technical Requirements
- Access to an internet-connected device.
- A modern browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
- A valid and active email address.
- Enabled cookies and JavaScript are required for proper operation of the Store.
- The Store uses Cookiebot v2 to manage cookie consent in line with the latest legal and technical standards, including Google Consent Mode v2.
4. General Provisions
- The Store offers only new, original footwear and accessories sourced directly from verified suppliers and manufacturers.
- All prices displayed are gross prices (including VAT) and may be shown in PLN, EUR, or USD, according to customer selection. Price and tax details are confirmed at checkout. All prices are transparent and include all applicable duties and fees.
- The Store is intended for customers in the European Union, especially Germany and Poland, and will soon be available to other European countries and the USA. Cross-border purchases are welcomed.
- These Terms & Conditions comply with Polish, German, and EU consumer protection law, and shall not limit any statutory consumer rights of the customer.
- By using the Store, you accept these Terms & Conditions and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Information Clause.
5. Order Placement & Conclusion of Agreement
- To place an order, select products, add them to the shopping cart, complete the required details, choose a delivery and payment method, and confirm the purchase.
- By confirming the order, the Customer submits a binding offer. The agreement is concluded upon Seller’s acceptance and confirmation (sent by email).
- The Store reserves the right to verify or cancel orders in justified cases, for example, in the event of system errors, incorrect data, or suspected fraud.
- The Customer can shop as a guest or create a user account, subject to privacy and data protection regulations.
6. Payment Methods
We offer the following secure payment Mollie methods for your convenience:
- Bank transfer – Traditional wire transfer (prepayment) in PLN, EUR, or USD.
- Cash on delivery – Pay in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery (where available).
- Credit or Debit Card – Secure card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and others).
- Przelewy24 – Popular online payment service for customers in Poland.
All payment methods are processed via certified, secure providers.
No additional payment fees are charged by the Store.
You can choose your preferred payment option at checkout.
Customers may request a VAT invoice (in PLN, EUR, or USD) or a standard sales receipt.
7. Delivery & Shipping
- Shipping is always free of charge for all orders within the European Union (including Germany and Poland), regardless of the order value.
- Orders are shipped from our own warehouse or directly from authorized suppliers (dropshipping partners). The Store does not offer personal pickup.
- Orders placed on business days before 2:00 PM (CET/CEST) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on non-business days are dispatched on the next business day.
- The estimated delivery time is 2–4 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery is performed by reputable courier companies.
- The Customer will receive tracking information by email as soon as the order is dispatched.
- Shipping is available throughout the European Union. Delivery to other European countries and the USA will be introduced soon.
- No hidden shipping costs or surcharges are applied. All delivery information is clearly displayed before order completion.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- Every Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. This right also applies to gently used items, provided they have not been damaged beyond normal testing.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us by email (contact@le.shoes) or via the withdrawal form provided on our website and with each shipment.
- We provide a prepaid return label for all returns within the European Union. Return shipping is always free of charge for the Customer.
- Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product and verifying its condition. Refunds are made via the same payment method as the original transaction.
- Products should be returned in their original or secure packaging. Please attach the completed return form inside the parcel.

(Please indicate “RETURN” on the parcel) - The Store does not exclude any product category from the right of withdrawal, unless required by law (e.g. products made to customer specification, for hygiene reasons, or if otherwise indicated).
9. Complaints & Warranty
- All goods are covered by a statutory warranty under Polish and EU law. Complaints regarding defects, non-conformity, or incomplete orders can be filed by email (contact@le.shoes) or in writing.
- Please provide order number, description of the issue, and photos (if possible).
- Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may choose a replacement, repair, price reduction, or full refund. Return shipping is always at the Store’s cost.
- The Store fully respects the rights of consumers in Germany and across the EU. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory warranty rights under applicable law.
10. Invoicing & Taxes
- All prices include VAT or applicable sales tax. The Customer may request a VAT invoice in PLN, EUR, or USD, or a regular sales receipt.
- Invoices and receipts are sent electronically to the email address provided at purchase.
11. Cookie Consent Management (Cookiebot v2)
- The Store uses Cookiebot v2 as an advanced consent management platform, fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ePrivacy Directive, and Google Consent Mode v2.
- Upon your first visit, a cookie banner allows you to control which types of cookies (necessary, preferences, statistics, marketing) you accept or reject.
- Cookiebot automatically scans the website, classifies all cookies and trackers, and blocks any non-essential cookies until you give your consent.
- You can modify or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer.
- All consents are logged and securely stored to provide proof of compliance for data protection authorities and partners (including Google).
12. Final Provisions
- All content on the Store, including trademarks, product descriptions, and images, is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Seller’s consent.
- The Store may temporarily suspend operation for maintenance or upgrades. Any such interruption will be announced in advance where possible.
- Polish law applies to all agreements. In the case of consumers residing in other EU countries, mandatory local consumer protection provisions also apply.
- Any disputes will be settled by the competent Polish courts, unless the Customer’s country of residence mandates otherwise.
